You can link your Outlook email account to any email account that uses the IMAP email system which includes email servers Gmail and Yahoo mail. The benefit of IMAP is that it is synchronized across all email clients including the web. Once you delete email on your phone it will be deleted from the server and will be removed from any other device that has access to it.
